Managed service capability
A weekly report
your PM can use.
We bring the current registers into a short report: what changed, what is overdue, which dates have moved and who needs to decide the next step.
Discuss this capabilityThe problem
Show your PM what is late, blocked or needs a decision.
A large spreadsheet does not tell the PM where to start. Reports assembled from old updates can also disagree with the latest register.

What your team decides
Your team makes programme, cost and commercial decisions. The report reflects information available at its stated cut-off; it cannot guarantee future dates.
Drawing and BOQ administration covers records and status. Drafting, shop drawings, BIM, as-built production and quantity take-offs require a separate scope and fee.
