ConstructFree

Separately scoped technical work

Drawing and quantity support.
A clear brief first.

When you need drawings or quantities produced, ConstructFree scopes and coordinates the work with founder review and trusted specialist collaborators where needed. Each assignment has its own deliverables, review steps and fee.

Technical Drawing Support

From an issued brief
to a reviewable drawing.

Quoted separately

CAD drafting, drawing updates, shop drawings, as-built drawings, MEP coordination drawings and Revit/BIM production.

Discuss drawing work

Scope before production

We review your source drawings, required output format, level of detail, turnaround and revision allowance. Specialist availability is confirmed before the assignment is accepted.

As-builts rely on your verified site records and mark-ups. Coordination drawings do not replace the design responsibilities of your appointed engineers or trade leads.

Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Support

Quantities with
a traceable basis.

From A$450

Fixed quote after drawing review.

For a defined measurement scope. Large, multi-trade or complex packages are quoted individually.

Discuss a take-off

Agree the output you need

Drawing measurement, quantity schedules, BOQ preparation, remeasurement or tender quantities. The scope identifies drawing revisions, measurement basis, inclusions, exclusions and required backup.

Receive the agreed schedule with source references, assumptions and queries. Rate build-ups and cost estimating are not included unless expressly agreed. Quantities are not a certified payment assessment.

Starting service fees in Australian dollars for business clients. The written quote confirms scope, total payable and any applicable taxes before you commit.

How production is managed

One agreed brief.
Named review responsibilities.

  1. 01

    Review the inputs

Confirm the package, drawings, format, deadline and information gaps through an agreed file-sharing route.

  2. 02

    Agree the assignment

ConstructFree confirms scope, fee, revision allowance, specialist availability and who checks and approves the technical output.

  3. 03

    Prepare and review

Teddy reviews the deliverable against the brief, current drawing revisions, source references, completeness, consistency and coordination requirements before issue. Quantity reviews cover measurement basis, assumptions, omissions, reconciliation and requested backup.

Where specialist capacity is required, we work with trusted collaborators who have previous project experience alongside the founder. Availability, confidentiality and minimum necessary access are agreed before sharing files.

Review and acceptance

Clear responsibility
for technical decisions.

Founder review covers the agreed production output. Discipline-specific design adequacy, engineering verification, statutory certification and final technical acceptance remain with the client’s appointed qualified personnel.

Different work, different scope

Administration and production
are priced separately.

Within the agreed admin scope

Keep the records current.

Drawing registers, revision and transmittal status, review responses and outstanding actions. BOQ version tracking, quantity-submission status, variation references and supporting-document completeness.

Separate scope and fee

Produce the technical work.

CAD drafting, redlines, shop drawings, as-built production, coordinated MEP drawings and Revit/BIM modelling. Drawing measurement, quantity take-off, new BOQs, remeasurement and tender quantity schedules.
