Prices and scope
Starting service fees are stated in Australian dollars for business clients. They apply to an agreed, limited workload and do not cover every package or backlog. A written quote confirms deliverables, workload, timing, revision allowance where relevant, total payable and any applicable taxes before commitment. Monthly administration is not unlimited; material workload changes require an agreed scope and fee review. Technical production is separately quoted.
Information and sample materials
Website articles and demonstration records provide general information. They are not project-specific engineering, legal, contractual or compliance advice. The Control Centre, names, references, dates and report are fictional examples; they do not represent a client engagement.
Service engagements
An enquiry does not create a service contract. Scope, delivery timing, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality and information access are agreed in writing before work starts. ConstructFree does not assume design approval, site supervision, statutory responsibilities or purchasing authority through this website.
Portfolio permissions
Client work is not automatically available for portfolio use. Any selected capability example requires permission covering the material and intended use, including when de-identified. Identifiable case studies require separate written approval. Clients may decline portfolio use.
Permitted use
You may use the demonstration downloads internally to evaluate the service. Do not misrepresent fictional records as client evidence, remove their sample status, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website.
Accuracy and external services
Information may be updated as the service develops. Confirm the agreed scope before relying on it for a project decision. External scheduling or other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. Any service-specific liability terms belong in the written engagement agreement.
