How we work with your team
Agree the work.
Keep it moving.
Keep your existing email, spreadsheets, folders and project platform. We agree which records we maintain, who we follow up and when you receive an update.
From first review to weekly routine.
- 01
Agree the scope
Name the registers, follow-ups and reports we will maintain. Agree the fee, working hours and contacts.
Written scope - 02
Organise the records
Review what is already there, update agreed records and list missing information.
Current registers - 03
Keep following up
Record new information, follow up due items and flag unanswered questions to the right person.
Dated updates - 04
Report to your PM
Bring together overdue items, changed dates and decisions needed in a short weekly report.
Weekly report
Agreed before we start.
The work and the fee
Confirm projects, registers, incoming record volumes, outputs, reporting dates and review steps. Agree the fee, workload allowance and how scope changes are handled.
Access and handover
Agree approved folders, permissions, naming rules and where the current records belong. Confirm how files and open items are handed back.
The people and the hours
Nominate the people who can respond or decide. Agree Australian working-hour overlap, response expectations and when overdue items reach your lead. Delivery is from Indonesia; urgent support is by arrangement.
Your delivery contact
Teddy handles the agreed administration and reviews important outputs against the brief, sources, revisions, status and next actions before issue. Planned availability and handover arrangements are agreed upfront.
During the week
Current records.
Visible outstanding items.
As information arrives
Update the agreed registers, log new responses and changed supplier dates, and follow up due items. If information conflicts or someone has not replied, that stays visible.
At the reporting date
Receive a short weekly position with changed dates, overdue replies and decisions needed. Your nominated lead sets the next priorities.
