Who is responsible
ConstructFree is operated by PT. Tedevra Jayati Satyawira, which is responsible for website enquiries. Contact admin@constructfree.com for privacy questions.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, company, email, optional phone number, service interest and project outline. You may also provide a trade package, required timeframe and approximate drawing/document count. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential project files. We use these details to respond, assess service fit and keep a record of the conversation.
Delivery and overseas handling
Enquiries are transmitted to the configured email provider and the business inbox. Remote delivery is based in Indonesia, so enquiry information may be accessed there. Hosting and email providers may process information in other countries. Hostinger: website hosting, enquiry API hosting and email delivery
We do not sell enquiry details or add you to a marketing list simply because you contacted us.
Retention and access
The enquiry API stores request identifiers, content hashes, delivery state and timestamps for duplicate-send protection for up to seven days, purged on subsequent requests. It does not store enquiry text. Email copies remain with Hostinger and the business inbox. The API’s seven-day limit does not delete these emails. The planned 90-day inbox retention schedule has not yet been confirmed as implemented.
You may request access, correction or deletion through the published contact route. Some records may need to be retained where a legal obligation applies.
Cookies and analytics
The site remembers your cookie preference in browser storage. Optional analytics loads only if it is configured and you allow it. Analytics records page paths and broad interaction categories; form content and query strings are excluded. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. The site does not embed scheduling software; a booking link opens the chosen provider, whose own privacy notice applies.
Enquiry protection
The endpoint validates submissions, limits repeated requests and checks request origins. The API stores hashed submitted-email counters and aggregate request/send counters to limit repeated sending, cleared after one day on subsequent requests. Submitted email addresses are not verified identities. It does not log enquiry content or use forwarding headers to identify visitors. The hosting provider may maintain separate access logs. These controls do not constitute a security certification.
Questions and concerns
Use the contact route to raise privacy questions or a complaint. We will review the issue and respond. Any rights under applicable privacy law remain available. Processing locations beyond delivery access in Indonesia have not been verified.
