Project context
ADHI–PENTA KSO was the contractor. Contractor-prepared records entered the consultant-side construction management process for review, monitoring and follow-up. Theodore supported reporting, submission tracking and coordination of outstanding information within PT Virama Karya (Persero) / KSO VK–CEC.
Responsibilities

- Worked under the OM/PIC, with technical decisions retained by the authorised project team.

Records planned and actual progress alongside a site constraint for the project team to review. This is an extract of meeting minutes, not a separate weekly report.
Previous professional experience with Virama / KSO VK–CEC in Indonesia. These were functional administration duties; the project roster title was Operator CAD/BIM 3. Contractor-prepared records are not claimed as Theodore’s own work. Approval authority remained with the authorised project team.
