Managed service capability

When your project
is waiting for an answer.

We log RFIs and technical submissions with the responsible party, due date, latest response and next action. Open items are followed up on the agreed schedule. Your platform may call these submittals; the register follows the client’s terminology.

The problem

Track responses and follow up overdue items.

Sending a submission does not mean it has been approved. A reply can still leave a query unresolved. The register needs to show what the project is waiting for.

What your team decides

Technical review, approval, contractual notices and acceptance of design remain with your authorised team. We do not treat silence as approval.

Drawing and BOQ administration covers records and status. Drafting, shop drawings, BIM, as-built production and quantity take-offs require a separate scope and fee.
